- Download the zip file and copy it to any folder on your computer.
- Important: Extract/unzip the zip file. (You can use WinRAR or WinZIP.)
- Navigate to the extracted folder and double-click the Setup.exe file or AcroPro.msi.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Enter your name as the username and your organization, and enter the serial number when prompted.
Serial number: The serial number was sent to your email.
- Double-click the update file AcrobatUpd11023.msp to update the program to the latest version. Do not use "Check for updates" within the program because it may not work.
- Click "Ignore" if you encounter any errors because some files have already been updated to the latest version.
⚠️ Important Note:
Do not run the Setup.exe file from within the installer zip file, as you may encounter errors during installation.
